　　中国可再生能源学会

　　由国家科技部批准并支持的“第二届上海国际可再生能源大会暨展览会”，该活动已纳入科技部“可再生能源与新能源国际科技合作计划”。

　　能源是经济和社会发展的重要物质基础。工业革命以来，世界能源消费剧增，各种化石能源资源消耗迅速，生态环境恶化，人类社会的可持续发展受到严重威胁。

　　可再生能源是世界重要的能源资源，在满足能源需求、改善能源结构、减少环境污染、促进经济发展和社会进步等方面具有重要的作用。

　　为了促进可再生能源的开发利用，增加能源供应，改善能源结构，保障能源安全，保护环境，从而实现经济社会的可持续发展，决定举办“2009 第二届上海国际可再生能源大会暨展览会”（简称“可再生能源展览会”），以后将每年举办一届，该活动将充分体现国际化、高层次、大系统、公益性的特色。

　　一、国际可再生能源大会

　　相关国际机构领导、各国政府相关部门高层、学会协会领导、行业领先企业高管、专家学者等将在大会作主题演讲，内容涉及：

　　世界可再生能源的现状、发展趋势、发展原则等；

　　各国促进可再生能源发展的政策解读，各国可供出口资源和进口需求等；

　　世界金融海啸等全球性重大事件对发展可再生能源的影响和相应对策；

　　可再生能源领域的重大学术、技术突破情况和未来的突破重点等；

　　可再生能源产业的技术、市场、资本等诸要素的特点、培育、协调等；

　　企业在可再生能源大系统中的角色、作用、商机，成功的经验或待解的困惑等；

　　二、国际可再生能源专题研讨会

　　按可再生能源各分领域、分行业为专题，政府部门、科研院所、制造企业、应用企业、中介服务机构、投资公司等产业链各环节人员共聚一堂，交流情况和经验，讨论该专题的发展问题。

　　1，展出内容：

　　太阳能技术和产品：

　　光伏：并网光伏系统、光伏发电器件及封装设备等；硅等原材料及加工设备等；独立光伏电站及配件、设备等；各种太阳能源产品；各种检测、测试设备、仪器等；

　　太阳能热利用产品：热水器及配套件、制冷空调、太阳能灶等；

　　光电等其他产品和技术，太阳能工程等；

　　风能技术和产品：

　　风电场、并网型风机、离网型风机及部件、配件等；风力发电的各种检测、测试仪器仪表等；

　　生物质能技术和产品：

　　生物质能发电技术和设备、相关检测设备等；

　　生物燃油的技术和产品、制备、应用、设备等；

　　沼气利用技术和设备等；

　　水能发电技术和产品：各种水电机组及工程应用产品；

　　Approved and supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of P.R.C., the 2nd Shanghai International Congress and Exhibition on Renewable Energy (RECE 09) has been incorporated into the “International Science and Technology Cooperation Program on New and Renewable Energy” of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

　　Energy is a vital material basis for economic and social development. After the industrial revolution, the world usage of energy has increased sharply, with the rapid consumption of all kinds of fossil energy, which not only worsens the ecological environment but also seriously threatens the sustainable development of human society.

　　As one kind of important energy resources all over the world, renewable energy plays a crucial role in energy demand, energy structure improvement, reduction of environmental pollution, acceleration of economic growth, and social progress.

　　Shanghai International Congress and Exhibition on Renewable Energy 2009 (RECE) is hosted with an aim to realize sustainable development of economy by:

　　l Advancing the exploitation and utilization of renewable energy

　　l Enhancing energy supply and improving energy structure

　　l Ensuring energy security and protecting the environment

　　RECE, with a distinctive character of internationalization, high level, large-scale system and commonweal, will be held annually.
